These have more eccentric adjustment to them to help get shifting adjustment perfect. Sometimes the factory ones come loose which wears on case threads and it makes it hard to get them adjusted back in spec. They also have a 6mm hex on the end instead of flat blade slot like OEM.

Shift Shaft Eccentric Stud, These are Notorius for wearing along with the torsion spring. Replace both for better shifting.
