We want you to be satisfied. If there is a problem, please let us know. If you need a return, we will gladly help you out. Please complete the RMA Form and send to either fax or as an email attachment.

• No Returns on electrical components
• No Returns after 30 days
• Returns subject to 20% restocking fee

If the return is based upon the buyer's change of mind, or buyer error (for example, ordered wrong fitment for a particular vehicle), we will accept a return under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and the product is still in its original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to Farm And Sand Toys.
• A refund will be given upon receipt of the product less any shipping charges incurred by Farm And Sand Toys.
• If the buyer is requesting an exchange due to his or her error, we will request that the shipping costs (to ship the 'new' item) to be paid. The price will be based on the least expensive shipping method. In the event that we made a mistake or the product is damaged, Farm And Sand Toys will provide a prepaid shipping tag. Refunds will be given when the product is received back to Farm And Sand Toys.
